In 2007 I decided that it was time to expand the business in Tilbury and opened a branch dealership in Leamington Ontario on October 1st, 2007. Bringing the experience and knowledge to provide the Best Service to customers in a new location.
Just like Lally Ford, the success of Lally Southpoint depends upon the quality of the relationships between Lally Southpoint, our employees, our customers, our suppliers and the general public. Our customer's impression of the dealership and their interest and willingness to purchase from us is greatly formed by the people who serve them. In a sense, regardless of your position, you are Lally Southpoint's ambassador. The more goodwill you promote, the more our customers will respect and appreciate you, Lally Southpoint and our products and Services.
It's a fresh new location with a great selection of new and used vehicles to choose from. But in the midst of all those changes, one thing has always remained constant with the Lally family, their employees and Lally Ford, putting the customer first. It's not just an advertising slogan, nor a hollow promise. With the Lally family, customer satisfaction has always been "Job One". That's never changed, and never will.

Tom's customer service and sales "roots" trace back to Leamington almost 30 years ago when he sold boiler treatment chemicals and steam traps to local growers. From there, he moved to the auto industry and began selling quality Ford products at both Moe Campbell's (17 years) and Rose City (12 years.) Tom looks forward to coming back to Leamington, and especially to Lally Southpoint, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge about Ford products and a commitment to quality customer service before, during and after the purchase.
Tom is married with three teenage children who are the most important people in his life. Tom is very proud of his family and credits their ongoing support of his career for his success in building a large and loyal customer base; many of whom he now calls friends.
Tom loves getting out on the golf course, traveling and watching his kids play hockey. He is especially looking forward to being able to get to some Leamington Flyers games.

Derek Pajot has been in and around the car business since the day he was born. His grandfather owned and operated Ray Pajot Motors in Amherstburg from 1963-1974, where they sold Pontiac, Buick and GMC Trucks. It was the start of the Pajot name in the car business. From 1986-1991, Derek's father Greg Pajot was the General Manager at Pajot's Leamington Chrysler. Derek himself has over 15 years of experience in the sales industry. Half of that time he was a registered insurance broker here in Ontario, and the other half he has been selling and leasing new and used cars here in the local area. His overall experience is a great addition to the Lally Southpoint Ford team and his dedication to customer satisfaction fits right in with the Lally way of doing business.
Derek is in a fantastic loving long term relationship with his girlfriend Laura and they reside on Boblo Island in Amherstburg. He played hockey here locally at the Junior C, B and A levels. Derek graduated from Niagara College while playing Junior B hockey in Port Colborne for 2 years. He also played minor professional hockey while in Texas in the Western Professional Hockey League in his early twenties. When his playing days were over, Derek moved on to coaching hockey at the Junior C level in Wallaceburg, Belle River and most recently with the Wheatley Sharks. He is very active and enjoys boating, kayaking, canoeing, going to the gym, playing golf and watching hockey in his spare time.
He treats customers the way that he would expect to be treated in return. He's a happy-go-lucky kind of guy and is always a joy to be around. The Pajot name goes hand in hand in the car business. Always has and always will...

Jason Gill has been in the automotive business since 1994, starting out as a sales consultant with Chrysler for 9 years. He then took a management position with Vince Lally at Lakeshore All Makes and Models until 2007, when he moved over to Lally Southpoint Ford.
Having grown up with both sides of his family involved in the automotive sales industry, it was an easy choice for him to follow in their footsteps. It is not uncommon to hear Jason using his famous tag phrase, "Today is a great day!" His upbeat personality and desire to satisfy his customers make his position as Sales Manager a perfect fit.
Jason is happily married to his wife Laura and has 2 beautiful girls, Grace and Ella. In his spare time, he enjoys riding his Harley Davidson, playing hockey and golf.

Aaron was born and raised in Leamington and currently calls Kingsville his home. He has been working in sales since 1993 and over the past 9 years sold insurance. Aaron is a great addition to the team at Lally Southpoint Ford and his great teamwork and personality make him a valuable part of the team.
Aaron graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College in Peterborough. He played hockey at Fleming and was an All-Canadian and was recently inducted into the OCAA Hall of Fame and the OCAA All-Millenium team. Aaron has also worked as an instructor at the Kirk Bowman Hockey School for the past 20 years and has been an assistant coach with the Wheatley Sharks Jr C hockey team since 2008. He has 2 children, Aaden and Aava who also keep him very busy.
Aaron is always eager to please and he makes sure that his customers are treated fairly, honestly and always get as much of his attention as they need.

Eric was born and raised in Leamington and enjoyed playing hockey, football and baseball for the local Southpoint Capitals, Leamington Lions and Leamington Barons as a young man. Early on he knew that he was destined for a career in sales and customer service when he found his place on the Automotive Service Desk at Canadian Tire. After graduating from The University of Windsor, he continued working in sales in the Equipment Rental Industry at Economy Rental and then Centreline Equipment, now Volvo Rents, both in Leamington. Building lasting relationships with customers and having the opportunity to work with many of Leamington and Essex County's well know contractors, farmers and industrialists is something that Eric is very proud of.
Eric, his wife Sonya and their two daughters make Leamington their home and enjoy deep roots within the community on both sides of their families. Spending time with his girls is Eric's favourite hobby and perhaps relaxing on the deck with friends or catching a Red Wings or Blue Jays game if time permits.
The opportunity to join the Lally family at Southpoint Ford in Leamington was too good to pass up, so Eric joined the sales and leasing team in May of 2013. He continues to work tirelessly to exceed his customers' expectations and provide the level of integrity and customer service that the Lally name is known for.

Lally Southpoint Ford is proud to announce the newest member of our sales team. Marlene comes from a sales background and received an award for Exceptional Customer Service in her previous position from the Chamber of Commerce in Georgina.
Marlene is married to her husband of 15 years, Doug. She is also a member of the Kingsville Golf & Country Club.
Please welcome her with anything she may need, except golf tips as she holds a very low handicap.

Tom has been working at the Ford dealerships in Leamington since 1985 and has been with the Lally Southpoint Ford team since opening the doors in October 2007. He has also called Leamington his home since 1985.
Tom is happily married to his wife, Mary and they have a son, daughter and one very busy 2 year old grandson. Mary cares for senior citizen in Leamington. Tom can regularly be seen at the Sherk Complex exercising when he's not working. You might also find him watching hockey in his free time.
